it is my understanding (I have a similar problem), that EnergyPlus does
not (yet) support this as the HVAC equipement and the COMIS model do not
interact. Additionally, I have been unable to get the "fan" feature of
COMIS to work ...

I would be interested in any progress / possibilities, as well.
