There are a few critical problems to modeling a swimming pool with an energy simulation program. First are the loads, I think you will be limited to scheduling the pool loads because there is no mechanism for modeling an open body of heated water. That warm surface is also a heat source for the room and there will be a radiant exchange with all the surfaces it "looks" at. Pools also react to different activity levels and indoor air conditions, neither of which you can simulate dynamically. If you schedule the loads as internal heat, you have some ability to model mechanical systems. However, I would not trust the results of a system using a DX Cooling coil because I don't believe the part load dehumidification calculations are correct.
