[EnergyPlus_Support] can't get program to open, new user

I downloaded the program off the net.  Went throught setup wizard.

Clicked the shortcup runEP

got a message can't find runep.bat

runep.bat is in the file list for the program.

Sorry to sound stupid, but what do I click to get the program 
to "open".

Assistance is appreciated.
