Yes, DXSystem:airloop would be appropriate for this application.  For a 
constant volume system, see example files TermRHDXSystem.idf and SmOffPSZ.idf.  
For a variable volume system, see example files 5ZoneAutoDXVAV.idf and 
DisplacementVent_VAV.idf.
