[EnergyPlus_Support] heat transfer

I´m trying to simulate a underfloor plenum.
I would like to now if the severe error I get affect the heat transfer 
predictions.(View factors error)
The current Z value is 0,3.If you put a ,for example, Z=5m the error 
disapear.
