[EnergyPlus_Support] Problems with building shape

Dear E+ users,

I would like toknow if it si possible to insert a building which sahpe is not rectangular or triangular. What should I do?
Besides, I would like to know if there is any software available to view if the building input into E+ is correct?
Last thing: I tried to dowload the E+ documentation and I got an error message saying there is a problem with the files.could you help me with that?
