[EnergyPlus_Support] Revised Linux run script

In the flurry of release, inadvertantly the old script was left in the 
EnergyPlus install for linux.  But the weather data files "location" was 
changed.

A revised script has been posted.  Note that its name "energyplus" will 
likely be changed to runenergyplus or something similar in the next Linux 
release.

   Description : Corrects link to weatherdata location.
