[EnergyPlus_Support] More Linux "updates"

Actually, additions.

EPMacro has been "ported" to Linux.  This is an alpha version of the 
port.  It has not been tested rigorously and put through all the paces but 
does appear to run the HVAC template files properly.  And the DOE-2 
translator example that comes with the Windows distribution.

The most important file to download and read is the epmacro.readme:
