[EnergyPlus_Support] electric chiller + cooling tower

Hi,

I ran a simulation using electric chiller and cooling tower. But I 
did not get a convergent result. The condenser side inlet and outlet 
temperature goes up to 1000 degree C. I have no idea what is wrong.
