[EnergyPlus_Support] heating/cooling at same time

Hey

I am modeling a basic one zone building.  When I set the thermostat to "Dual 
Setpoint with Deadband", in some of the time steps, I get both heating and 
cooling in the controlled zone.  I don't understand why this would happen.
