Part of the problem may be the autosizing.  The autosizing algorithms 
do not account for the presence of OA treatment equipment such as 
heat recovery and desiccant dehumidifiers.  You will need to 
determine the DX coil size manually.  If you cannot get this to work, 
please send the input file as a zipped attachment to energyplus-
support@xxxxxxxx
