Christian:

If you want to put a constant (or scheduled) cooling load into a 
zone, you can use OTHER EQUIPMENT and set the design value to a 
negative number.  If you want to control the space to a specified 
temperature, the easiest system to use is PURCHASED AIR (see the 
PurchAir.idf example file).
