[EnergyPlus_Support] Build air-condition

Hello,

I'm searching for the easiest way to build air-condition in my zone. I
received the information from the engineer who executes the 
construction
that they will install a cold-box into the zone (only one room) with a
cooling achievement of 3000 W.

Is there a possibility to reduce the thermal gain by this achievement
(such as a negative space gain by electrical equipment)?
