[EnergyPlus_Support] Purchased:Chilled Water & Hot Water ; Bypass Loop

When the user is not interested in a plant simulation...

As I tried to connect Purchased:Chilled Water to my cooling coil, 
from the error message I found that a PLANT LOOP is needed.
So I put the Purchased Chilled Water branch onto a PLANT LOOP,
Then error message say a PUMP is needed ?? I got a little comfused.
I suspect whether CONNECTOR LIST, SPLITTER, MIXER, PIPE, would then 
also be needed too.

I'd like to know for my Purchased:Chilled Water,
what's needed and what's not.

Do I also need to construct a bypass loop ?
