My apologies for the delayed response.  We have not had any similar 
complaints.  Are you sure that you daylighting reference points are 
consistent?  Remember that daylighting reference points in EnergyPlus 
are always relative to the zone origin.  If you cannot resolve this, 
please send us more details including inputs and outputs.  You may 
post files to the yahoo group files area or send as a zipped 
attachment to energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx
