Into the updates area of "files":

File        : /Updates/Windows/RunEPlus.bat

Note that if you are using a different folder than the one where 
EnergyPlus.exe resides, you should also have a proper Energy+.ini file in 
that folder before running.

Hope this helps the problem.  Fixed were some problems with path names as 
well as being better able to run macro files.  Thanks for your patience.
