[EnergyPlus_Support] Fanger PMV in EnergyPlus off by 0.5 ? (more results)
By increase Activity level from 1met(105W) to 1.2met(125W)
PMV then offset 0.5, but compare to Fanger's book [Fanger, 1970]
The value EnergyPlus give is still off by 0.5
