[EnergyPlus_Support] Window shading control with OnIfHighSolarIncident

I am going to run a commercial building with daylighting control. The
window shading control of OnIfHighSolarIncident is going to be used.
I have no idea what the recommended values (W/m2) of solar incident
on window are. Anyone can give me some references (i.e. books,
technical papers, etc.) showing the suggested figures or methods to
be used for my case.

(50 W/m2 is shown in the example file of daylighting control. Is it a
reasonable value for the shading control?)

Thanks

lee
