There is no standard value of incident solar for this type of control. I recommend trying a few different values and see
what the result is in terms of daylighting and building thermal response. Or you might try optimizing this value using the
GenOpt program (available free of charge from http://SimulationResearch.lbl.gov). For example, GenOpt could be used to find
the value that minimizes annual energy use.
