Either method will produce the same results.  EP-Launch is easier for 
interactively running individual files.  RunEPlus.bat is useful for running 
many files at once if you create a master batch file.  Note that the 
RunEPlus.bat installed with the software has an error. A corrected version is 
available in the files are of the yahoo support group.
