When the time intervals in a schedule are different than the timestep, the 
values are interpolated to determine the appropriate value for the current 
timestep.  

The TIMESTEP IN HOUR object defines the length of the zone heat transfer time 
step.  This defines the maximum HVAC simulation time step, however, under 
certain conditions, the HVAC simulation may switch to a shorter time step.  
There is no user control over the HVAC timestep.

To report at the HVAC timestep, use the "Detailed" reporting frequency.
