[EnergyPlus_Support] Example file for basic configuration

I am searching through the example files and template for
a basic Air Handling Unit (AHU) without the heating coil, serving
several zones that have terminal units for each zone. Can you suggest
a starting example file? The duct splits, one to a first floor, and the
other to the second floor. I noticed most of the files have a
heating coil, so I wasn't sure if I could just simply remove the
heating coil information and schedules, or if I need to start
from scratch. Also, I have the design specs, so  
ultimately I don't want autosizing.
