[EnergyPlus_Support] Thermal Comfort

Dear all,
I want to use Energyplus to simmulate a building and calculate 
thermal comfort. Can I set up a building without a HVAC system and 
just input control temperature? Since I am curious only about Mean 
Radiant Temperature now. Is there any way to let Energyplus report 
all the wall temperautes?  Thank you in advance.
