[EnergyPlus_Support] difference in calculating surface temperatures

Hi,

I have modeled a single zone with no system.

When I'm modeling a wall surface as 3 different panels together instead of just one, I get a 1-2 degF higher temperature. I understand that EnergyPlus do not take heat transfer between the edges into consideration. If this is true, then why is this difference. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

Thank you,

Vamshi
