Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] setpoint



It is certain that the HVAC system is limited in capacity.  This could be due 
to many different reasons:  airflow rate too small, cooling coil size too 
small, chiller capacity too small, supply air setpoint too warm, chilled water 
setpoint too warm, component or system scheduled off, etc.  If you are not 
certain what the component sizes should be, I would suggest using autosizing.  
See the 5ZoneAuto example.
