[EnergyPlus_Support] setpoint

Dear all,

I simulate a building in design days. The problem is that in the 
north side zones the air temperature (15C) is much lower than the 
setpoint winter (21.1 C) in winter. The other 3 side zones can meat 
the setpoint very well.

I increase the sizing factor from 1.3 to 1.8, then the temperatures 
of north side zones can reach to the setpoint. I don't know why it 
is.

I upload my file, "MySingleDuctReheatwithEconomizer" 
and "Window5DataFile". Appreciate it if someone can have a look and 
give some suggestion. Thanks.
