[EnergyPlus_Support] Site wind conditions

Hello,
I have a question about "Comis Site Wind Conditions". Can I
get, as output, the characteristics of the wind near the building 
from the calculation of the parameters "Wind Direction, Plan Area 
Density, Wind Velocity, Profile Exponent and Surrounding Building 
Height"?
 I want to compare the values of the wind speed of the weather file 
with the ones of the site calculated by E+.
Concerning the "Reference Height of the Recorded Data" in the 
section "Comis Simulation", Is this value the height of the 
instrument above the ground independently of the altitude of the 
station?
Is the difference of altitude between the station and the site taken 
into account for the calculation of the "Site wind
conditions"?
