[EnergyPlus_Support] Holiday Problem

HI
       Good Afternoon! = ) i am a new user to this program.. But i am facing a problem which is that "Special Day period" could not work as it suppose to. 
       For example, i had assigned a holiday at 15 of december. I had follow the steps correctly. But the problem is when i open my excel to check... Under Spreadsheet column " ZONE_1:Zone/Sys Sensible Cooling Rate[W](Hourly)"  by right the whole day should be all zeros... Instead values appear.
