See object ZONE CONTROL:HUMIDISTAT for calculating latent cooling load
and use the predicted moisture load to view the result:

Report Variable,

Zone/Sys Moisture Load Rate Predicted, !- Variable_Name
timestep; !- Reporting_Frequency
