Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] about air loop



Zone equipment is always required if the zone is conditioned.  Some zone 
equipment does not require an air loop (for example, FAN COIL UNIT:4 PIPE), and 
some zone equipment does require an air loop (for example, SINGLE 
DUCT:VAV:REHEAT).  The example files are the best guide to learn the difference.
