[EnergyPlus_Support] Surrounding grounds

Dear all:

I'm starting my E+ exploits and I have come across one (among many)
question:

As far as I know, the only parameter I can change for the ground is
temperature and reflectance. So if I want to simulate external grounds
as concrete or grass I can only change reflectance. This leads to
misleading results sincenot only reflectance is different.
Absorptance and emissivity change as well an these take an important
role in radiative heat transfer.

Is it possible to simulate this situation? My guess is that maybe I
just have to add another heat transfer surface, something like
a "floor" surrounding the building perimeter.

Thank you all for your help, best regards from Portugal,
Alexandre
