[EnergyPlus_Support] question about vapor barrier

Dear:
 
I want to use the vapor barrier for the envelope. I found the vapor barrier moisture characteristics in MOISTUREMATERIAL of the DataSets, but I cannot find the other related information of this surface construction element to fill up the "MATERIAL: REGULAR". Where can I get it? Is there any other materials that I can use to  take place the vapor barrier?
