What I said before is WRONG. It always makes a difference if you're
telling EnergyPlus that you're putting things in CW and end up CCW or vice
versa. -- The difference, of course, is the facing direction and whether
you've got it correct or not. I'm working on a method so I can tell if
you're putting them in incorrectly (and then will issue a warning as well
as correct the problem -- but not for this release 1.2.1)
What I should have said is that the starting "corner" may be able to be
changed -- If it's a flat surface (ceiling, roof or floor), then it may not
matter. If it's a wall, it does matter, I believe.
If I were you and Ecotect is not giving you the proper translation, I would
certainly bring it to their attention.
