As Linda said, CW vs CCW will change the facing direction of the surface.  To 
check the resulting azimuth and tilt for all surfaces, add this command to your 
input file:

Report, Surfaces, Details;

This produces a list of each surface in the eio output file which includes 
azimuth, tilt, area, etc.  It is comma delimited and most easily read by 
putting into Excel or the like.
