Look at the "Data Periods" line of your csv file that you are attempting to
read in.
It should look like:
1,1,Data,Sunday, 1/1, 12/31
But sometimes the last field (12/31 here) will get munged.
(And, you can send it to me -- I can see if there is something else wrong
and how we can fix it)
