[EnergyPlus_Support] cooling & heating load problem

hi
i have a problem...i am an architect and i am prepairing my MSC thesis which is about using energy plus to evaluate thermal loads of  buildings in iraq...and i began with a single room with one door and one window..i finished the first part that includes both geometry and environmental discriptions...the problem is that i want to supply this room with single airconditioner(window type) and want to know where to start in the inputs to have results about the cooling and heating loads...i am confused and i will be thankfull for your help....i want some guidelines and parameters do i need?
