I would be cautious about using a displacement design for an art
gallery.  I'm reasonably sure that you can get good energy performance
data from an Energy+ model, but that may not translate into a successful
design.  If the museum is cold climate, you are likely to face
condensation problems with exterior walls that are not predictable with
Energy+.  Art hung on exterior walls is also problematic since the art
will "see" the wall thermal loads and the displacement ventilation will
not sweep the exterior walls to maintain temperature.  If you use
Energy+ for overall energy performance modeling, you should use other
programs for more detailed analysis.  You probably need CFD runs for
more detailed interior airflow and surface temperature analysis as well
as a more detailed thermal analysis of potential thermal bridges in the
wall assembly.
