My apologies for the extremely slow response to this.  The overlap errors are 
still a bit of a mystery.  You can probably ignore them.

Regarding the ventilation flows, they will always be positive because there are 
two different report variables which must both be reported:

Air Flow from FromZone to ToZone through COMIS Link
Air Flow from ToZone to FromZone through COMIS Link
