[EnergyPlus_Support] Humidifier Problem

Hello all,

I have uploaded a file that I seems to be malfunctioning...

AHU3_BenchmarkMetric.idf 

The humidifier ceases to work off once I bring in full fresh air 
into the system. Can anyone shed any light into why this might be 
occuring.
