It sounds like you might have missed it slightly.

The example file "GeometryTest" has a window in a sloped surface though I 
believe that surface is a wall, but should make no difference whether wall 
or roof.

If you send me the file -- I think the latest version of the software (on 
schedule to be released later this month) may give an indication how much 
the "miss" is.
