[EnergyPlus_Support] Questions about the weather file

Dear all:
   The Version I now using is 1.2.1 ,but when I used weather file that
I downloaded from the web of Dem. of last year , the programme is
Crashed ,and when I used the weather file of Oct. of last year ,the
result is the same. Can you help me running my .idf file with the right
weather file and send me the weather file of the city of China--------
ChangChun.
    I have uploaded my .idf and thanks a lot!
