This file does not crash here (run with both Chicago TMY2 and 
CHN_Changchun_CTYW.epw), but it does have many errors regarding:

   ** Warning ** FAN:SIMPLE:ONOFF, OnOffFanPartLoadFraction <= 0.0, Reset to 1.0

I have asked another team member to figure out why.
