Thanks Michael.
The heat pump has two operating modes: one for cooling
water, one for heating water. This conditioned water
is only used for space heating and cooling through
several two-pipe terminal units such as Air Handler
Units and Fan-Coils.
The heat-pump transfers heat between outside air and
the water loop.
