[EnergyPlus_Support] Warnings

Dear all,
I have created IDF file for five zone office building which have no errors or warning till I add two doors. One in the south surface of the North zone and an opposite to that a door in the north surface of the South zone i checked the vertices's for both the doors and the zones i could not fined any wrong entries. Could any one help to know the source of that errors:
 
   ** Warning ** InterZone Surface Areas do not match as expected and might not satisfy conservation of energy:
   **   ~~~   **   Area=74.2 in Surface=ZONE NORTH SURFACE SOUTH, Zone=ZONE NORTH
   **   ~~~   **   Area=81.0 in Surface=ZONE INTERIOR SURFACE NORTH, Zone=ZONE INTERIOR
   ** Warning ** InterZone Surface Areas do not match as expected and might not satisfy conservation of energy:
