[EnergyPlus_Support] View factor and Azimuth

Dear All,
 
I have one story building with five zone. I am facing some difficulties to understand how to put the following values:
1) View factor to the roof = 1, floor 0 and interior walls. 
2) The value of the azimuth of the roof and floor of the five zone appear in the out file as 0,180 and 90, what should be the correct values and how can rectify it.
