This is a question that is more appropriately dealt with on the Developer's 
group, a similar group to the support group but limited to 
developers.  And, the collaborative developer's site as well as the Source 
Readme that is bundled with the source contains information about compiling 
the code.

No, CVF 6.5 cannot be used.  CVF 6.6c is preferred if you stay with CVF 
(which is no longer supported, I believe, or at least in its final 
release).  A similar compiler is available from Intel.

This is not really a problem.  This is just CVF's way of saying something 
hasn't been built yet.  Another downside to CVF is that you often must 
build and build and build.  It compiles items that may have already been 
compiled until it satisfies itself.
