I think the doc might be wrong.  Or...right unless you have windows in it.

Look at the windows vertices vs the roof -- they definitely have different 
starting points.  (LLC, LRC, whatever).  I turned on the Surface Details 
report but then didn't look at it.

That may help when you have errors like this.
