[EnergyPlus_Support] ASHRAE Winter Design Day

   Dear all,

   ASHRAE Winter Design Day consider that the sky clearness is equal to zero.
This  way, winter design day is considered like "night"? I mean, there is no
beam or diffuse radiation incidence over the buiding?
