[EnergyPlus_Support] Purchase Air problem

Hello.
I am using Purchase Air but it does not work consistently.
The Zone MAT meet the setpoint temperature only during some days in the 
heating and cooling period.
Uploaded the file: PurchAir Problem
Could anybody please advice whether it is problem with my setting?
