I'm not sure which severe error you are referring to, there are so many.

The warnings about zero load for the zone sizing could be a big problem.

Then, there are these:
    ** Severe  ** Node SUPPLY AIR INLET NODE-ZONEGF3 connects to no component
    **   ~~~   ** Occurs in Supply Air Path=SAPATH-CAV GA G/F
    ** Severe  ** An outlet node in  Air Primary Loop CAV SYSTEM-AHU 
GA G/F is not connected to any zone
    **   ~~~   ** Could not match ZoneEquipGroup Inlet 
Node="ZONEEQUIPINLETNODE-CAV GA G/F" to any Supply Air Path or controlled zone

    **   ~~~   ** Occurs in Supply Air Path=SAPATH-CAV GB G/F

which seem to be somewhat self-explanatory?
